Cutting Dies
Using state-of-the-art German laser and automatic rule bending machines, we offer three types of flatbed dies:
- Regular Flatbed: Best price-performance ratio for the basic die cutting. Particularly good for short runs.
- Silver: Higher quality material is used for higher accuracy and more durability. This is good for medium to long runs.
- Gold: Premium materials used. Includes machine cut ejection rubber. Perfect for highest accuracy, multiple re-knifing and long run jobs.
Pertinax Counters / Rilma
- Extremely economical.
- Amazing creasing results.
- Based on the board, channel depth is custom made. Channel widths are milled based on board grain direction provided. European material which covers medium to long run jobs.
- Less markings and minimal defects.
Male Stripping Dies

Ejection Rubbers
- Based on software generated output, multiple types of ejection rubbers are chosen in a single job.
- Rubbers are cut on the machine and then mounted onto the dies for your convenience.
- This yields in higher performance and efficiency at the die cutting stations.
